This allows you to reschedule your appointment inside of our cancellation window, without losing the cost of your original appointment. Family emergencies, as well as delayed hair and makeup appointments have often caused clients to arrive late, or not be able to arrive at all to their photography session. Our Rescheduling Insurance provides a necessary cushion to unexpected emergencies.
Note: Appointment Insurance must be purchased by the conclusion of your current appointment time. For example, if you have a 30min appointment booked from 3-3:30pm, your insurance must be purchased prior to 3:31pm that day. All payments are final, and refunds and/or credits are not provided. Appointment rescheduling is based on availability, and the rescheduled appointment must be completed 45 days after the insurance is purchased. Once you reschedule your appointment using your Rescheduling Insurance, that particular appointment can not be rescheduled again.
