TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To reschedule a non ceremony appointment, please create a log-in at the top of our home page using the same email as your reservation, and then select the "My Bookings" tab. From there, you will be able to find a new date and time. All appointments inside of 48hrs from the reservation time are final. Refunds are not provided, and payments are not transferable to future reservations. In the event that property, equipment, or props are damaged by you or your guests during your session, Q11 Photography has the right to withhold your photo gallery until payment for a replacement, or repair has been received.
For ceremony packages, a 30% non-refundable event retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event, and it also serves as a cancellation fee. Thereafter, the next 30% is due three (3) months before the reservation and the final balance is due one (1) month before the date of the reservation. Changes to reservations including rescheduling and upgrades are not allowed inside of ninety days from the reservation date. If the balance is not paid in full on time, a 10% late fee will be added to the remaining balance 48hrs after the due date. Another 10% will be added 7 days after the due date, and again, another 10% will be added 14 days after the due date until the balance is paid in full. All ceremony and event reservations will be canceled if the balances are not paid in full prior to 14 days before the reservation date. All canceled reservations will receive a refund of all payments made, except the initial deposit which will serve as the cancellation fee.
